Years ago, the founder of ZDS read Franklin Horton's Locker 9 (great book by the way). In the book a prepper's daughter goes away to school hundred's of miles from home.  When the SHTF, she had to try to get home.  Her dad had the foresight to setup connections all across the country that she could link up with in the event she needed help.  These were trustworthy people that could provide safe haven for his daughter and support her in getting home.  Not going to spoil the book further than that, but the idea changed ZDS from a solo project into a team effort. He finished the book and started the hunt for other trustworthy and likeminded individuals.  Slowly but surely, the team grew, today we are 6 strong and continuing to grow.  This
